Rotary Parts and Simulating them

I am designing a small jet engine, and for that I will be using rotary parts; ball bearings, shaft, turbine, compressor and a few other components. I will then try to simulate the final engine design using CFD Programs. My question is, will a rotary part which I have designed on AutoCAD rotate when I introduce air onto it during a simulation? Also, if I download a .sat file of a ball bearing into AutoCAD, will the outer ring not rotate and the inner ring rotate during simulation? This is because the ball bearing file that I downloaded shows a single ball bearing part all together in union form. I am thinking since it is in union form the whole bearing will rotate and not just the inner ring during the simulation.
