RerikaMS Posted May 8, 2020 Posted May 8, 2020 I have blocks that represent energy poles and I need to insert measures in text format between them. Is there a program that inserts the measurements by selecting several blocks at the same time? I currently use a lisp where I need to select block by block. Thanks for help! (sorry for the writing, I'm using a translator) tccpa.LSP Quote

A sample drawing, saved as in AutoCAD 2010 or earlier format would help. 1. What layer are the blocks on, are they simple blocks {block name(s)} , attributed or dynamic? 2. What layer should the text be on and what is the desired text style name? 3. Would all the blocks be on a single line, or are there branches? 4 Is it the shortest distance between blocks Quote
marko_ribar Posted May 8, 2020 Posted May 8, 2020 @dlanorh 4. According to OP picture it's not the shortest distance (look at last triangle - the most right portion of picture)... And that's why it has to be done manually as OP used to do it... Sorry for the bitter comment, but that's the fact - there are no codes from me... Quote

That's why I asked the question Marko The "blocks" also look like points, so maybe this is merely quickly construct idea of what is required. Quote
RerikaMS Posted May 8, 2020 Author Posted May 8, 2020 Thank you, @dlanorh ! Yes, there are several lisps in this file, as it could change depending on the cable installation. This is to facilitate the sum of materials for the construction phase. However, it is not essential for the work I do at the moment. Currently I only use the first one, TCCPA. 1. In this example the blocks are with attributes and dynamics (but, use of the three types). 2. The text can be in the layer and settings of the first lisp in the file (tccpa). 3. The blocks are distributed along the streets according to the location of the energy poles. 4. Yes is the linear distance between your axes. Lisp would help if you could insert, in a massive way, the linear distance between the base point of the blocks. Attached a file with examples Thanks! EstudoLisps2.dwg Quote
