Gregmw Posted August 22, 2020 Share Posted August 22, 2020 Hi i want to draw a rectangular building that is 10000 mm x 5000 mm I have opened an A3 template with a scale of 100:1 when I draw the lines they are full size and don’t go anywhere in fitting within the A3 sheet template sorry about the basic question - and I am sure I am just doing something wrong with the scale Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

eldon Posted August 22, 2020 Share Posted August 22, 2020 Have you checked that the template that you are using is a metric one? Have you checked what the plotting units are? A full sized A3 sheet in landscape orientation is 420mm by 297mm, and at 1 to 100, that would be equivalent to 42000mm by 29700mm.
