Hatch Pattern Images

Hi all. I have created a WPF application where the user would like to see a combobox with the name and image of the hatch pattern in it. Using DevExpress controls has allowed the combo box to be formatted to do that but I have found no information on how to extract the hatch image. I have been able to get the images for each LineType and Text Style from the database.  Any help would be appreciated.
