I am trying to create a dynamic block that will consist of multiple 42" or 46" wide boxes(all 44" deep), but if there are multiple boxes, a pad that is 4" in the front and rear and 6" at each end will encompass the boxes. I used lookup tables to choose what size box it is and a visibility to pick the amount of boxes. Each box individually via it's visibility is working great. if the first box is changed from 42" to 46" the rest to the right will move accordingly, as well as updating any other box, everything moves correctly.

The issue I am facing is with the PAD. I can't get it to encompass anything but the first box, as pictured. Can someone help me create a set of 3 and I will decipher how to make it up to 20.

I spent all day yesterday trying different approaches. from block tables, to dual lookups(though I know very little about dual lookups).

any help is greatly appreciated! thanks!

I figured out a work around that works great! i just created multiple Pads relevant to the right-most box visibility. while hiding the rest of the pads.

K.I.S.S. I sometimes try to over engineer stuff!
