Multiple Fields Filling in on Drawing Sheet Block

Hi,

 

I am struggling to figure out why when I fill my name into a Drawn field on my drawing sheet, it then fills every other Drawn, Checked and Approved field on the drawing sheet. The same happens with the date, eg. when I fill Rev A Date in, it shows the date in the Rev B, Rev C and Rev D date boxes.

 

Any advice would help a lot!

I've seen this behavior when attributes share a name. Someone made a graphic scale and named all the attributes SCALE, even though the values need to be (scale), (scale x 2), (scale x 4), (scale x 1/2), etc. If you change any one of the values, they all change, so the scale is useless. The solution is to give them distinct names.

 

I don't know if that applies to fields, but it's worth a look.
