Guideline or Tutorial on drawing geometrical staircase and section of RC Staircase with winders

I have been drawing lots of staircase but I am having difficulty drawing the curve edge of a staircase with winders

or a geometrical staircase.  Any guides, hints or tutorials will be helpful.  I undestand that waist thickness should be constant (say 150 mm.)
