text in new linetype not showing

AutoCAD 2022: I've created new linetypes, but the text in them is not showing up (nothing in the gap between line segments). Linetypes and text both created on Layer 0.  I made one the other day and it works fine - created these today just the same way, but no good. Any pointers?

Posting that linetype definition might get better responses but does the Text Style referenced in the linetype have a height set to it?
