fedora Posted February 13, 2009 Author Posted February 13, 2009 I can not install other software by policy, but i have illustrator, photoshop, dreamweaver, flash, autodesk dwf viewer, indesign and AutoCad-08! thank you for your help, anj Quote
Guest Sjano Posted February 15, 2009 Posted February 15, 2009 intellicad or rhinoceros open DGN files both have a free beta/trail, but if you are not having admin rights and can't install i understand, but on a laptop? Quote
Cad64 Posted February 15, 2009 Posted February 15, 2009 I would just contact the person who sent you the file and ask them to either convert it to dwg or send you a pdf so you can view it. Or tell your IT guy that you need to install that free viewer that uddfl posted. Quote
e.mounir Posted February 15, 2009 Posted February 15, 2009 Hi fedora You can insert the DGN file in side the empty AutoCAD file Quote
Cad64 Posted February 15, 2009 Posted February 15, 2009 Hi fedoraYou can insert the DGN file in side the empty AutoCAD file Yes, you can, but only if it's a V8 DGN file. See here: http://www.cadtutor.net/forum/showthread.php?t=11985 Quote
