LCD Posted February 14, 2009 Posted February 14, 2009 The .ctb options are no longer listed in the "Plot Style Table (pen assignment)" box in the Plot window. (Plot-Model) I'm plotting to a regular pc printer 8-1/2x11. The only options given right now are .stb and I can't get anything to print. I'm using Autocad 2008. Thanks for the help! Quote
lpseifert Posted February 14, 2009 Posted February 14, 2009 if you want to use color based styles (.ctb) convert the style based dwg with Convertpstyles Quote
LCD Posted February 14, 2009 Author Posted February 14, 2009 That worked. thank you. but I still can't print. I started to learn cad a week ago. Please tell me what I have not done correctly that is causing this file not to plot... The drawing(S) appears in model and paper spaces. None of the layers are frozen or off. The problem is when I plot preview, the objects don't show up. I plotted to see if it would print anyway but it doesn't. I have a guess that it could it have something to do with the annotations, but I don't know how to fix it. I have attached the file... tenant space.dwg Quote
lpseifert Posted February 14, 2009 Posted February 14, 2009 Invoke the Plot command, select Window and window the area you want to plot. Then try a preview and see what shows. after looking at your file, all the layers are set to 'no-plot' Quote
