Acad 2023 fastshadedmode

I am trying autocad 2023 ..i have win10 

Nvidia quadro p2000 

16 giga of ram

Ssd as hdisk

 

If i try to insert /paste a copy of a 3d drawing or use external reference ...autocad is slow ...freeze ...i must wait a long before place them.

I work with 30mb drawing files.

 

I use fastshadedmode ...if i disable it seem better

 

What can i do ?
