Small Gray Icon Box

I'm transitioning from an old AutoCAD version to LT 2023. There is a small handy gray icon box in the upper right of my screen that has three icons, 2D Wheel, Pan and Zoom Ext. What is the name of this box and how do I add or delete icons to/from it?   Alan

Pity you did not look at Bricscad or other CAD when upgrading as they have advantage of lisp etc which equals improved productivity.
