mhupp Posted February 8, 2023 Posted February 8, 2023 (edited) You don't need an attribute just change the angle. (defun C:BLKROTATE (/ ang SS blk) (setq ang (* pi (/ (getdist "\nNew Angle: ") 180.0))) (while (setq SS (ssget '((0 . "INSERT")))) (foreach ent (vl-remove-if 'listp (mapcar 'cadr (ssnamex SS))) (setq blk (entget ent)) (entmod (subst (cons 50 ang) (assoc 50 blk) blk)) ) (prompt (strcat "\n" (rots (sslength ss) 2 0) " Block(s) Rotated")) ) (princ) ) -Edit this will rotate the block around its insertion point. BIGAL Posted February 8, 2023 Posted February 8, 2023 If you want text always say vertical look at a leader rather than a dyn block. Quote
mhupp Posted February 8, 2023 Posted February 8, 2023 It's doing the opposite BIGAL. the line is rotate but the attribute is staying in one location. But if you change the angle in from the properties panel everything rotates. So I would do that. just select the blocks you want to change and use the property panel (ctrl + 1) to update the angle.
