Preventing transparency within a block from becoming opaque during block selection

Hi all,

I have a block that I use fairly often that has a hatch with a transparency of 90. When I select this block, the transparent hatched area fills in and becomes opaque, making it very difficult to position the block where I want because I can't see what's behind it.

I'm currently on AutoCAD 2022, but I'm pretty sure some older versions of the product didn't have this issue. Does anyone know of a setting to adjust so that the selection remains transparent?

It's related to the graphics card.  Try 3DCONFIG if you have a decent graphics card.
