How to adjust this too long of a dialog windows?

There are no resize tools when I place my mouse on the edge of the dialog box.

Try shift+windowbutton+S lower left on keyboard, this is window clip screen to clipboard can not see what is going on in image.

Basically all ProSteel windows are too long, the above screenshot is too wide the way it extends.

It should only be this sized
