I have a license for 2004. I am taking a class, and of course they are using 2009. I don't know enough about it yet, but am I okay with 2004?

It is inconvient because I can't install 2004 on my nice new Vista laptop. 2004 is running an the old family, taped together machine, but it works.

2004 is a 32 bit application, can't be installed on a 64 bit operating system.
