Modify Lisp: Export Line Coordinates and Text Near it to excel

Hii, 

I have this lisp which exports line coordinates and the text near to it to excel. But this lisp won't work unless the text are written in a format that "***x***" (there is text before x symbol and text after text symbol and it exports these texts to separate cells in excel).

The one i want is much simpler, i have a simple text with numbers only and i want to to be exported in one cell with the line coordinates

 

Could anyone modify this lisp please. Thanks
