Why my object become block after using polar array command in AutoCAD 2014 and they are unite like I'm using the union command?

And, I can't use fillet command.

The error message is:

"Fillet requires 2 lines, arcs, or circles (not block references)."

Thanks

Without knowing more about your situation, I can only guess what's happened.

When you use the polar array command, you create an array. It is one object. Not a block, not a union, an array. The Properties window will tell you so.

If you want to separate an array of objects use the Explode command.

Please take a look at the attached .dwg file.

The red one is the profile that has been polar arrayed.

The blue one is the profile that hasn't polar arrayed and union yet.

You might try to polar array the blue one to 20 and see what happen.
