drawing a ball bearing in AC 2006

Some of the spheres are off center and the cages are intersecting each other. As far as the faceted faces I can't remember that much about AutoCAD to recall what settings to change before creating the solids.

facetres=10 does improve a bit, but...

i solved the problem.....btw tnx for offering to help me....

 

it doesnt look nice like fuccaro's ball bearing, but i like it :)

Actually now that I look a bit more the cages aren't parallel and there is an extra side (gray moved in attached).

so that gray cage is my misstake?? as i remember i didnt make 2 cages at one side...but nevermind now i know how to draw ball bearings thanks to all good people on this forum

I just found an other construction for the ball bearings:

The cages differ a lot, and also the material is unusual.
