tzframpton Posted March 2, 2009 Posted March 2, 2009 I'm learning about Projects right now and I have read the PROJECTNAME sys var in the Help file. It makes sense - somewhat, but I just want to know if I got it right. If there's a current DWG file that is not associated with a project, then you can use the PROJECTNAME tool to associate it to the Project you have open? Is there any way to access this other than the command line? Thanks in advance. Quote
Hedgehog Posted March 2, 2009 Posted March 2, 2009 Yup... I use it all the time... very useful for when a set of drawings get pulled off another server as you can set all of the search paths for the new xref locations. As far as I know you can only access it thru' the command line but I usually include it in a script if I'm PN'ing a whole load of drawings. Quote
tzframpton Posted March 2, 2009 Author Posted March 2, 2009 Awesome, thanks for the info Hedge. Quote
