chelsea1307 Posted March 2, 2009 Posted March 2, 2009 I opened autocad this morning and none of my osnaps are showing. Ive made sure that they are on and made them the largest possible size in the options section and still they just dont show up. When i get close to and endpoint it snaps to it like it did before but there isnt the little square showing up it looks like its there just really really small (mine are set to orange/red and i can see a little color but too small to make out shape) any suggestions on how to see them again? darn-net Posted March 3, 2009 Posted March 3, 2009 In Options under the Drafting Tab you set the AutoSnap Marker Size and Possibly the Aperature Size. There are Check Boxes above the Marker Size to turn the them on and off. -Marker -Magnet -Display AutoSnap tooltip -Display AutoSnap aperature box Have you tried these yet? Quote
chelsea1307 Posted March 3, 2009 Author Posted March 3, 2009 two were unchecked and now its working fine, thanks, any idea on why/how they became unchecked in the first place? the only thing i changed was adding a couple of buttons to my personalized toolbar Quote
darn-net Posted March 3, 2009 Posted March 3, 2009 One possibility is one of the buttons activates a Lisp program. In lisp programs some variables get changed and then reverted back upon completion of command. Not all of these programs plan on error or canceling in the middle of command. Thus the variable change.
