JaketheMan Posted March 3, 2009 Posted March 3, 2009 Like you can change the background of your workspace from black to dark blue, is it possible to do the same things for my drawing lines? The white default is just too intence, and I work with so many layers, it's hard to keep changing and setting them up for the color I like. Is it possible in the Options page to specify what color you what as your default line color? Quote
eldon Posted March 3, 2009 Posted March 3, 2009 If you change the background colour of your workspace to a nice restful grey, then the default line will be black. Much easier on the eyes Quote

Much easier on the eyes OK ya sure. I was rather hoping on using a hue of sky blue. Shades of grey white and black tend to make me lethargic and less motivated to draw I'm just trying to take it back to the Crayola, days you know? Is that possible? Quote
MaxwellEdison Posted March 3, 2009 Posted March 3, 2009 You could change the layer colors in your template, and set it as the default for new drawings. Quote
JaketheMan Posted March 3, 2009 Author Posted March 3, 2009 Is my layer template the window box that appears when I create new layers? Sorry guys, I'm a CAD newbie. I have automation software that draws all my lines for me, I just have to enter dimensions and a material with a specified thickness. It's so amazing Quote
