uddfl Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 Welcome to the forum. Not sure I follow. What is this? homework? Here are some commands to draw and/or modify dimensions off the top of my head: DIM DIM1 DIMLINEAR DIMALIGNED DIMORDINATE DIMANGULAR DIMRADIUS DIMEDIT DIMTEDIT DIMASO (discontinued I believe) DIMASSOC DIMDISSASOCIATE DIMREASSOC Or go to ACAD help, command reference. RichterGMC Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 I assume you have access to the program, can't you just click the name (ie Draw) on the menu bar and choose 5 or 10 of the commands you see? Quote
ReMark Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 I think it may be three separate categories. Right? Draw: line, poyline, arc, circle, ellipse, polygon, rectangle.... Modify: erase, copy, mirror, offset, array, move, rotate.... Dimension: aligned, linear, center, angular, diameter, radius.... Who gets the actual grade for this? You or us? Quote
uddfl Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 ^ I think you are right as usual, ReMark. You get an A+ Also OP: Note that technically, you could put the DIM command in all three categories! Quote

ReMark Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 I guess he got his homework assignment done. Now he can go out and party or sequester himself in his room the remainder of the day listening to his iPod and playing Grand Theft Auto XXX. Quote
Cad64 Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 You're probably right ReMark, which is why I don't reply to questions like this anymore. "Can you give me 5 to 10 command for draw, modify, dimensions" If that's not a textbook homework question, then I don't know what is? Quote
ReMark Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 I fell for this one straight-away. That must make me the sucker-of-the-day. Normally I feel as you do Cad64. I don't mind giving advice but I also try not to do the assignment in the process of doing so. Quote
RichterGMC Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 I would be willing to bet his post count remains at 2 for a long time... or at least until he gets stuck on his next assignment Quote
Lee Mac Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 Not sure why he is posting the question - I thought all the commands were labelled under certain headings in the menu's... Quote
