naknakkus Posted March 11, 2009 Posted March 11, 2009 I've been asked to plot drawings with certain lines in a different colour to the rest of the drawing i.e.: the "highlighted" line would be in red, and the rest of the drawing in black. Is there a quick way to do this without having to change layer colours etc? Thanks. Edit!: I think I've figured it out. I edited the "monochrome" plot settings so that certain colours are printed as shown in CAD. Quote
ReMark Posted March 11, 2009 Posted March 11, 2009 You do know that you can override an object's color right? Quote
naknakkus Posted March 11, 2009 Author Posted March 11, 2009 You do know that you can override an object's color right? I know now, I'd completely forgotten about it, though. In fact, I rarely think about colours (aside from layer differentiation) since everything I plot is b/w. Quote
A1DWG Posted March 11, 2009 Posted March 11, 2009 One way is to set up a plot style ctb file (using plot style table editor) with all colours set to black, and have colour 1 (Red) to print object colour (Red). Quote
