Stuck in Viewport zoom

How do I toggle off the zoom when I'm in a viewport in paperspace?

 

Typically, I have double clicked along the view port and that gets me out of the zoom mode.

 

However, sometimes I get zoomed in too closely and can not get a hold of the view port.

 

Is there another way to toggle out of zoom? Escape does not help.

type PS, that will get you to Paper Space. Conversely, MS gets you back into the the viewport

Also make sure you Lock the viewport.
