Rotating Already Defined Work Planes and Work Axis's

Our firm just changed over from SolidWorks to Inventor. I am trying to rotate a work plane. Is this even possible in Inventor? If so, how does one do this reasonably simple operation?

Almost the same as in SolidWorks.

Double click on the workplane and change angle.

Then click Update in Inventor.

I tried double clicking and all I get is a distance or offset amount. There is no sign of a spot for entering an angle.

 

Any thoughts?
