Dynamic Block Data Extract (Not all info displayed)

I've set up a simple rectangle as a dynamic block. i added two parameters (one for width called Distance and one for height called Distance 1). I added stretch actions to these parameters, all works fine.

 

During data extraction, i'm creating a table that displays the values of 'Distance' and 'Distance1'.

 

trouble is, in the preview there's a genuine numerical value in the 'Distance' column but the 'Distance1' Column remains empty! the height of the rectangle should be in here surely? (like i say, the width (distance) is displayed accurately no prob but the height of the rectangle isnt extracted/displayed).

 

When i then finally export the table as a cad object theres neither a value for 'distance' nor 'distance1' i.e. nothing is extracted!?

 

any help would be appreciated, probably something simple i'm overlooking i know
