I was trying to snap the block placeholder exactly to polyline. currently I'm doing it manually but there are thousands of them. Somehow i managed to do that but the issue is while checking, some of them are not properly snapped. So is there any method to find the unsnapped blocks??

No image but when inserting the block look at your osnaps, have a look at "nearest", if the blocks are meant to be in some form of pattern eg a spacing or at 1/3 distance etc then say so.

 

It is best to post a dwg so can see what is going on.
