EduardoFenabel Posted October 3, 2024 Posted October 3, 2024 Hello, I’m currently interested in a Lenovo laptop, specifically the Lenovo Yoga Slim 6 OLED 14IRH8-671 14". Main specs: Intel® Core™ i5-13500H 12-Core, 3.50 GHz, Turbo up to 4.7 GHz, 18 MB Cache RAM: 16GB LPDDR5-5200MHz Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics I'm fine with the Intel processor and the RAM, but I'm concerned about the graphics. Can someone confirm if this graphics card is suitable for AutoCAD, primarily for 2D use? Thank you for your time. Cheers! Quote
BIGAL Posted October 3, 2024 Posted October 3, 2024 Go for a I7 a bit more powerful. Get a laptop with a NVIDIA graphics card. Quote

Cheers! read more at Portsmouth FC Yes, the Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics in the Lenovo Yoga Slim 6 OLED should be suitable for AutoCAD 2D work. While it's not a dedicated GPU, Iris Xe performs well for general productivity and light design tasks. For 2D drafting in AutoCAD, it will handle things smoothly. However, for more demanding 3D modeling or rendering, a system with a dedicated GPU would be a better fit. For your described use case, you should be just fine. Quote
