Now i want to make emboss text on any solid. i searched on all threads and found some previous post on this topic but no any link is working. Kindly help in this regard. nocturne00 Posted April 6, 2009 Share Posted April 6, 2009 try to post this question on the 3d modeling section to get some better insight. usually what i do is use the TEXTEXP(or was that TXTEXP...well anyway) command on a text to convert it to polylines, then edit it to form closed polylines per letter then extrude it to be able to subtract it from a flat solid.
