I wish I could, but I don't have any programs on this machine anymore. I can do it at work on Monday, but I'm sure someone else will be along shortly.

I just took a look at the link you posted and that sofa was one of the models I looked at and posted about on April 10th. I was able to Import it into Autocad with no problems, other than the various components being skewed. I didn't save it though.

i don't understand how you managed to open it and i can't seem to.I've tried on three different computers as well, all with the correct requirements and everything.I'm so confused. If you are able to do it o monday that would be fantastic. Thanks!

 I thought someone would have helped you with this by now?

I've reloaded 3DS Max on my machine temporarily, until my new computer is ready.

So I opened the sofa and tried to Export to .dwg or .dxf format but I was unable to convert the model because the vertex count was too high. When I checked, I found that all the vertices were unwelded. I also found that many verts are unconnected and a lot of repair work will need to be done before this model can be exported. (Screenshot below).

I'm sorry, but I just don't have the time to fix this model for you.

I will try again tomorrow at work, to open the file in Autocad and post it here.

Sorry, busy day today. I completely forgot about this.

I'll try to remember tomorrow.

Ok, so I was able to Import the .3ds file it into Studio Max and Export it as a .dwg here at work. Don't know why it wouldn't work at home? :?

I'm unable to attach it here though. Even after zipping it, it's still too large.

So I've uploaded it here: http://rapidshare.com/files/226745509/sofa.DWG.html
