sanshef Posted April 16, 2009 Posted April 16, 2009 hI, I have a drawing that I need scaled for printing. The model space scale is 1:100. I need to print it to 1:20000 How do I go about it? Thanks, Sanshef Quote
feargt Posted April 16, 2009 Posted April 16, 2009 Firstly you should only draw objects in Model Space at a scale of 1:1. Then in paperspace create a layout that is for the page size that you want to print. Make a viewport then, and change the scale of the viewport to the scale that is required....... But if you need to print it asap then try printing with a scale of 1: 0.005 You could also select the page size that you want to print it to, then select "scale to fit" and by looking at the scale value that is then given, you can adjust it to a scale that suits.
