We recently changed our house-type font from Stylus BT to ISOCPEUR; however, as a result, the linetypes have changed proportions. For example, if I want to draw a dotted/dashed line using Stylus BT, we'd always get a good length and spacing but when using ISOCPEUR, we get either a solid line or greater dashes in between spaces - when plotted.

Difficult to explain but I'm sure you understand what I'm trying to convey.

TIA to anyone who can help :)

I think you will need to re-write your custom linetypes to accomodate the proportions of the new font. Not all fonts have the same dimensions...
