The dimension rounding off is in thousands every time I urn the trailing zero compression off. I try to set it to 0.00 however it returns to 0.0000 mucking up my dimensions.

How do I get it to set at 0.00? Is there something I am missing here?

I think you should change precision

Format-- units and

precision set for two decimal

Round of set to 0.00

'UNITS' on the command line.

Set precision to two decimal places as Came said. Works fine, everytime.

You might have to use the 'UNITS' command next time, or each time you

open the *.dwg file.

Have you tried saving your override to your current dimstyle after modification?

Another way to do it is through command prompt: Set DIMDEC to 2 and save your override (through -Dimstyle or through dialogue).

You can't change the "Round Off" setting to display as 0.00. It will always display with 4 places after the decimal, even if you type in 0.1, it will still display as 0.1000. It's just the way it displays.

I'm not sure how that's mucking up your dimensions?

Also, there is no need to change your UNITS setting. Just set your dimension style "Precision" to 0.00 and you should be good to go.

Does this happen in the same drawing, or every time you start a new drawing?

Do you have a .dwt file set up?
