Parametric Actions: Stretch and Array

Is there any way to, using parametric blocks, somehow combine a stretch action and an array action?

What I'm attempting to do is create a block that I can array to fill a distance, and also easily change the distance between columns. Is this possible using parametric blocks? Or can anyone think of another way of attacking it?

I'm using AutoCAD 2006 full version.

I'm not aware of a way of changing the array distance after the block is constructed. There may be a way, but I'm not aware of it.

No way that I know of Maxelkat. I've been needing something like this as well for section/framing details that I've made into dynamic blocks. Please let us know if you happen to stumble into one though.
