Could someone give me good tips how to create rubber belt that you see in pic (green). I think it should do with sweep but I cant create correct path for that.

Zip and attach what you have done so far - then I will show you how it can be done. Have you gone through the tutorials in my signature?

Today I made that. That starts to be pretty good. Way I do it is uneasy, so if there is easier way I really like to know.

Both Sketch1 and Sketch2 have an unconstrained construction line. You must apply a coincident constraint between the line and the center of the circle. Sketch3 is not constrained to the sweep path. You might want to read this document http://home.pct.edu/~jmather/AU2007/MA105-1L%20Mather.pdf
