PeterV Posted January 10, 2008 Posted January 10, 2008 I've just noticed what I think is a bug. If I use the MVSETUP command to rotate and object within a viewport (Using Align --> Rotate view) and finish the command and then undo the command, my OSNAP turns of and looses all it's settings. Also, my "Noun/verb selection" turns off (Under options --> Selection tab). I'm not aware of any other changes, but could some one let me know if there is a way around this or if I am maybe doing something wrong? Thanks. Quote
SLW210 Posted January 10, 2008 Posted January 10, 2008 Very interesting. It also set my Polar setting to Ortho. I guess we should not undo a MVSETUP. I will check the Autodesk site for any info on it. Quote
Guest Alan Cullen Posted January 10, 2008 Posted January 10, 2008 You don't, by any chance, have any xrefs in there, do you? Quote
SLW210 Posted January 10, 2008 Posted January 10, 2008 You don't, by any chance, have any xrefs in there, do you? No, no XREFs in mine just a simple model. Seems to work ok if you use the undo option in MVSETUP. Quote
SLW210 Posted January 10, 2008 Posted January 10, 2008 I posted a comment on the Autodesk Discussion Group. There were already a couple of post about this. One even lost the Right-Click menus. Quote
PeterV Posted January 14, 2008 Author Posted January 14, 2008 Thanks to everyone who looked into this. Are there any updates on this problem? Quote
PeterV Posted January 18, 2008 Author Posted January 18, 2008 Just seeing if anyone has an answer for this yet. Feel free to pm me or link me to an answer. Thanks. Quote
qball Posted November 20, 2009 Posted November 20, 2009 SONOFA......... This just happened to me. First time ever. Anyone find a solution? Quote
SuperCAD Posted November 20, 2009 Posted November 20, 2009 I think it turns off OSNAPS temporarily, and then restores it when you finish what you were doing in MVSETUP. It used to irritate me so much that I had to create a custom button to restore my snap settings with one click. Quote
