I Have created a program using DCL and AutoLISP, and some parts of it use Japanese characters.
However, after installing this program in AutoCAD 2024, the Japanese characters aren't appearing.

 

How can I fix this issue?

See this page from Autodesk Support. Because of the larger number of characters, any Asian font must use a "Big Font" style.
