AutoCAD 2012 was way before Windows 11.

You might search for the issues others had when using older AutoCAD versions when upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10, there may be more solutions than Windows 10 to Windows 11 and many should still be relevant.

Did you try turning off hardware acceleration (GRAPHICSCONFIG)?

You might look into the newer AutoCAD or Longbow solution, if nothing seems to help.

One solution could be looking for a LISP that substitutes a solid hatch for a wipeout, if wipeouts are the only problem.
