You can post images directly to CADTutor. Bottom of the editor where it states ... Drag files here to attach, or choose files...

A link to your hard drive doesn't work well.

Why did you start a new thread? I merged your drawings, please do not start new threads for the same topic.

Hard to say without a dimensional drawing. It's called a pipe flange.

There isn't many 3 hole flanges though, I only see 4 as a minimum on my flange size charts, are you metric?

Are you wanting to do 3D? 2D? Both?

2D the front view would be Circles, the bolt holes can be spaced with a Polar Array for equal spacing, cannot be precise without the dimensions.

Side view would be lines/polylines with some hidden.

3D, basically just Extrude or Loft the circles, the center hole and bolt holes would be Subtracted.

It could be a pipe flange just a different (application specific?) type.  If you have to draw it in 2D then I would draw a top view, a side view, and a sectional view (cut through the middle).  It sounds like you have little to no experience with AutoCAD let alone the ability to create the flange in 3D.  The only 3-hole flanges I am familiar with are rustic floor flanges.  What is the source of the above image?

I think it was a Renault car it had only 3 wheel studs so the front hub would look something like that. Note the internal groove for a seal. Thats where the section would show that clearly.

BIGAL: You certainly are a wealth of information.  Great explanation.

I was thinking maybe a trailer, ATV or similar after noticing the seal area.

For starters, some dimensions would help. Some good spatial awareness helps. If you're starting out with 3D, be aware that there's a steep learning curve, so a lot of patience will also help.

Is the piece shown in orthogonal or perspective mode? It's hard to tell if the nearest part is exactly vertical.
