AnnieHoo Posted May 28 Posted May 28 So I purchased the tutorials from the MyCADSite and nothing happens. Downloaded them onto my computer and when I try and open it in my browser it pops up saying that it's been deleted and no longer available. I reached out to the owner of the site and no response. Is this whole thing a scam or.....? Any insight would be helpful, trying to kick start my knowledge with AutoCAD and make a shift in my career choice. Thanks in advance Quote
ReMark Posted May 29 Posted May 29 (edited) Did you check that they were actually deleted? What type of files are we talking about (*.xxx)? Did you download the files via DropBox? I doubt it is a scam; more likely an issue of some sort that hopefully can be resolved to your satisfaction. Edited May 29 by ReMark Quote
BIGAL Posted May 29 Posted May 29 Welcome aboard. I just opened the site but that is as far as I went. Looks very impressive. Did you check your "downloads" directory in Explorer. Quote
SLW210 Posted May 29 Posted May 29 You used the email on the site for contact? Did you try the myCADsite.com | Facebook? MyCadsite has some tutorials on YouTube. AutoCAD Tutorial Lesson 1-1 (Complete Beginners Course) Those as well as this site should at least get you going with AutoCAD until you get the issue sorted out. It's been a couple of years since last video, so may not check their email a lot, but worth a try commenting on the latest YouTube video. Quote
