Bowl.Spliffson Posted April 22, 2009 Posted April 22, 2009 I'm drawing a sheet pile wall on a lake bed. But the image i loaded in for the lake bed you can't really tell what the material is. I want to make the stone base I have appear larger. If anyone knows how to do this let me know. I'm sure it's something simply and I'll laugh once I find out -Thanks a thousand Quote

shift1313 Posted April 22, 2009 Posted April 22, 2009 you mean you want to change the scale of the image(material) in relation to the part? In your materials window next to the file name of your diffuse map or bump map there is a little button that will allow you to edit the map. you can change the scale, tile size, stretch it etc. I cant get you a screen shot until tonight because i dont have 09 in front of me. Bowl.Spliffson Posted April 23, 2009 Author Posted April 23, 2009 I've got a screen shot of the material menu. Could you please let me know which icon it is that you are talking about. Thanks Quote
papagyi Posted April 23, 2009 Posted April 23, 2009 You can change the material size from"material scaling & tiling"! P.s...you must use "material mapping" to your model to see right scale of material image!:) Quote
shift1313 Posted April 23, 2009 Posted April 23, 2009 just as papagyi said. the material scaling & tiling tab. Quote
