Dimension Text Size Inconsistent.

Clearly there are two different sizes of dimension text shown here but in the properties box they are both shown to be .125" in height. Can anyone tell me how to force the correct size on existing dimension text?

Thanks. I found a work-around. Not sure what caused it.
