Dimangular-Vertex Macro Error

Hello, I'm trying to create a macro to dimension angles using a vertex starting at 0,0 to 0,1, and then a point. I thought it would be rather simple compared to other things that I have tried.

I thought that this would do what I want, but for some reason the first line in the angle is all over the place. Any ideas as to why?
