Insert Logo into Table cell

Hi Everyone,

 

this is my first post so I hope I don't make any glaring errors in protocol etc. I have had a look around the site and not spotted this topic - hence my question.

 

Is it possible to insert/place/paste a picture/logo into the cell or merged cells of a table?

Maybe if you make a block of it first.

yes I have seen reference to inserting a block but I'm not sure how to procede.

Assuming your logo is an image...

Insert your image into the dwg (Imageattach)

Make a block of the image

In your table, select a cell by left-clicking in it; right-click to bring up the shortcut menu.

Select Insert > Block

Hi,

 

that's really helpful. I've got the logo I want on the page of my drawing file. I can highlight the cell. It's the bit in between - creating a block from the image file that I'm struggling with. It's most likely straight-forward but I'm missing something.

Thanks for all your help. I have managed it in a mickey-mouse fashion until I find the correct method.
