error message when export 3ds to cad file, to many faces

hows it going guys, any body ever get a problem in max, when they try exporting their file back to a dwg they get an error message saying cannot export layer to many faces, check the pic with the error message, Im using cat to insert windows and doors only, so I keep the windows is small broken down layers to avoid this export problem but still get it for surfaces and other things? any ideas

You have more than 32,767 faces in one window frame?!?!? I think you better go back and check your geometry. There is something wrong there.

Also, are you using "Export" or "Export Selected"? You might want to Export each object individually using "Export Selected".
