rustysilo Posted February 16, 2009 Posted February 16, 2009 Can you export a link to an Excel file in the way that you import a link from an Excel file? For instance, could you do a attribute/data extraction from a .dwg where the Excel file would be linked to said attributes/data so that if you update it in the .dwg it will automatically update in the Excel file? If not, could you create a table in your .dwg that would have fields that are linked to the objects (attributes/data)? I'm thinking in terms of a drainage structure table that would have structure numbers, grate elevations, pipe inverts, etc. It might get a little complex I guess when adding and/or removing structures.
