Inserting People Into a model,

Is there a library in 3ds max where I can insert basic people objects into my scene and have them walk a set path?

Here is part of my scene, I have flags on the poles now and have them animated, I would like to see people moving about, the flags blowing and the sun moving with shadows, I just can find any people to insert after a good google search,?
