What is the Best Animation Software

Is anyone know what is the best software for 3D animation.

3d studio max or Maya

Or XSI. Since all 3 are now owned by AutoDesk it is even harder to choose.

What program(s) are you currently using?
What kind of animation do you want to create?
Will this be for creating walkthroughs of your Autocad models? If so, I would suggest going with 3DS Max, since it can Import your .dwg files directly.
