Hi there

I have drawn a small boat in autocad 2004 (drawn theexterior shape). Now I want to build it in fiberglass and therefore need to produce the frames (for every 30cm). I have tried the function "slice", but get the reply "no solids selected". I have drawn the shape as lines and not as solid structure? Any solutions to how I can easily make frames for every 30 cm of the boat?

Thanks

Henrik

Try and search the forum for a "m2s lisp routine".You can load it in AutoCAD and use it to convert your surfaces into solids. Then you can use the slice command on them.
